Why Do I Like Mens Designer Watches?
Watches fascinate me. I was 8 years old when I got my first watch, I was even younger when I started begging my parents for one. My first watch was not a designer watch. It was a Batman watch. It was okay, but I really liked looking at the fancier mens designer watches. Like I said, they fascinate me.
I really like the designer watches where you can see the gears moving. They’re so intricate and complicated. It’s hard for me to even imagine someone putting them together. Just tonight, my dad and I were looking at some very fancy mens designer watches. Both of us stared at one of those watches for several minutes, just admiring the precision of the moving parts. Dad was talking about engineering and some of the history of watch-making. Some of it’s a little over my head, but it’s all very interesting.
Now the watch we were looking at was not a digital watch. That’s what I have right now.
I like it because it does more than just tell me the time. I use the alarms and the stopwatch. Plus it has a timer – and a light. Those are all features I like right now.
But, I have to say – there’s something really cool about those fancy designer watches.
Of the watches we were looking at tonight – there were some in stainless steel, some in silver, even some in 24 carrot gold. One of these days, I’d really like to buy a fancy watch like that. I think I like the look of stainless steel. And, I want to be able to see the gears and parts moving inside. I might only wear it on special occasions, and maybe to church. So, I’ll keep my digital watch around for awhile.
In the meantime, I’m going to learn more about what makes mens designer watches tick – and I’ll share what I am learning here.
